A0 SUD: AUTOSTRADA DE CENTURĂ A CAPITALEI

Salutare și bine v-am regăsit cu un nou blog. Dacă în ultimul blog am vorbit despre DNCB (blog pe care îl găsiți aici), astăzi lăsăm vechiul drum de centură al capitalei și ne mutăm puțin mai la sud pe noul drum de centură și anume autostrada A0. În versiunea 0.7 veți putea folosi această autostradă ca o alternativă mult mai rapidă la vechea centură.

Acest segment sudic al autostrăzi va fi cuprins între autostrăzile A1 și A2. Practic daca veniți din direcția Pitești spre Constanța sau invers puteți merge doar pe autostradă. Între cele 2 autostrăzi vor mai exista puncte de ieșire de pe A0, puncte despre care voi vorbi atât în blogul de azi cât și în blogurile viitoare.

Acestea fiind spuse să începem cu începutul, lucrul la acest traseu începe de la nodul rutier dintre A0 și A2, nod despre care am mai vorbit și într-un blog legat de A2 (pe care îl găsiți aici).

Pornind de la acest nod traversăm râul Dâmbovița și continuăm să mergem pe direcția Pitești.

Imediat după traversarea Dâmboviței ajungem și la primul punct de interes, un spațiu de odihnă unde puteți lua o pauză indiferent de direcția de deplasare.

Al doilea punct de interes se află la câțiva kilometri de primul, tot pe direcția de deplasare către Pitești și anume nodul rutier dintre A0 si DN4. Acest nod va fi unul accesibil, pe unde veți putea părăsi autostrada sau schimba direcția de mers. În cazul celor care părăsesc autostrada, despre drumul pe care veți intra voi vorbi într-un alt blog.

Până atunci însă ne oprim în acest punct cu blogul, dar treaba la acest traseu nu se termină aici, urmând și alte bloguri de pe acest traseu în viitor deci pentru a fi la curent cu progresul rămâneți cu ochi pe blog.

Hello and welcome back to a new blog post. If in the last blog we talked about the DNCB (you can find that blog here), today we're leaving the old ring road of the capital behind and moving a bit further south to the new ring road, namely the A0 motorway. In version 0.7, you will be able to use this motorway as a much faster alternative to the old ring road.

This southern segment of the motorway will be located between the A1 and A2 motorways. Basically, if you're coming from the direction of Pitești towards Constanța or the other way around, you will be able to travel entirely on motorways. Between the two motorways, there will also be exit points on the A0, points that I will cover both in today’s blog and in future posts.

With that being said, let's start at the beginning: work on this route starts at the interchange between A0 and A2, an interchange I already discussed in a previous blog post about the A2 (which you can find here).

Starting from this interchange, we cross the Dâmbovița River and continue heading towards Pitești.

Right after crossing the Dâmbovița River, we reach the first point of interest — a rest area where you can take a break, regardless of the direction you're traveling in.

The second point of interest is located a few kilometers after the first one, still heading towards Pitești, and it’s the interchange between the A0 and DN4. This interchange will be an accessible one, where you’ll be able to exit the motorway or change your direction of travel. For those who choose to leave the motorway, I will talk more about the road you’ll enter in a future blog post.
